Quante volte ci è capitato di trovare delle ricette internazionali che ci sembrano a dir poco superlative e di esserci arresi, dinanzi l'evidenza di non conoscore l'esatto corrispettivo in gr o ml degli ingredienti?! 

Niente paura! Bazzicando un pò quì ed un pò lì per il web ho fatto un piccolo riassunto per tutte noi creando questa tabella (clicca sulla foto per ingrandirla).
